When does the server wipe?

Map wipes occur every Thursday at 2PM EST. Blueprint wipes are bi-weekly to maintain a balanced progression.

What is the team limit?

Our server enforces a strict maximum team limit of 3 players (Trio). Both online and offline limits apply.

How do I claim my VIP package?

After purchasing from the store, your package is automatically applied in-game within 5 minutes. Type /kit in chat to claim your items.

Can I appeal a ban?

Yes, ban appeals can be submitted through our Discord server in the #appeals channel. Follow the provided template.

Is there active admin abuse?

Never. Our admins do not play on the server and use their permissions strictly for moderation, monitoring, and running events.
